UGG-Tracker

Terms of Service — Ultimate Gym Game Tracker (Discord Bot)

Effective date: 7/28/26 Last updated: 7/28/26

By adding UGG Tracker to a Discord server, or by using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service . If you do not agree, do not add or use the Bot. The Bot is operated by Kelen McDonald (“the Bot Operator,” “we,” “us”).

These Terms work alongside — and do not replace — Discord’s Terms of Service, Discord’s Developer Policy, and Discord’s Community Guidelines, all of which continue to apply.

1. What the Bot does

UGG Tracker tracks self-reported Roblox XP progress for a Discord server’s members, since it has no direct access to in-game data. It provides commands for recording XP, viewing progress and leaderboards, and (for server admins) configuring requirements, roles, schedules, and data management tools.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s own minimum age requirements to use Discord, and therefore to use this Bot. If you are a server admin configuring the Bot, you are responsible for ensuring its use in your server complies with Discord’s policies and any applicable laws.

3. Self-reported data — accuracy is not guaranteed

This is important: the Bot cannot independently verify anyone’s actual in-game XP. All XP values come from what members or admins type in, or from spreadsheet files admins choose to import. The Bot has no way to confirm these numbers are accurate, and does not attempt to detect or prevent inaccurate or dishonest reporting beyond basic sanity checks (e.g. rejecting negative numbers). Any rankings, role assignments, or requirement tracking are only as reliable as the data entered.

4. Server admin responsibilities

If you administer a server using this Bot, you are responsible for:

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Bot to:

6. No warranty

The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Bot will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times — it depends on Discord’s own service availability, the hosting environment it runs on, and ordinary software limitations. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any tracked data, calculations, projections, or role assignments the Bot produces.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot — including but not limited to data loss, inaccurate tracking, or disputes arising from self-reported information. Your use of the Bot is at your own risk.

8. Data and privacy

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Bot’s operation, or remove it from your server, at any time and without notice — including for violations of these Terms, Discord’s policies, or at our own discretion. You may remove the Bot from your server at any time via Discord’s own server settings.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Bot’s features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
